Terms of Service

1. The Service

The Service monitors websites you add — uptime, SSL and domain status, security posture, SEO, performance, and related signals — and presents the results to you, and optionally to your own clients through a branded public status page you control.

2. Accounts & trial

New accounts include a free trial period. We may change trial length, pricing, or plan limits at any time; changes will not retroactively alter a trial already in progress. You're responsible for keeping your login credentials confidential and for all activity under your account.

3. Acceptable use

You agree not to:

• Add a website to the Service that you do not own or have explicit permission to monitor.
• Use the Service to probe, scan, or attack sites you're not authorized to test.
• Attempt to disrupt, reverse-engineer, or gain unauthorized access to the Service.
• Use the Service to send unsolicited messages or spam through its notification features.

4. Client website data

Monitoring a website may involve installing an optional WordPress plugin on that site. The plugin is read-only: it reports status information back to the Service and does not accept commands from it. You're responsible for having the right to install monitoring software on any site you add.

5. Third-party services

The Service relies on third-party providers to function — for example, a messaging provider for WhatsApp notifications, Google for Analytics data (only if you connect it), and public vulnerability and performance data sources. Their availability and terms are outside our control. See our Privacy Policy for more on what's shared with them.

6. Availability & no warranty

The Service is provided "as is". Monitoring checks run on a schedule and can be delayed, fail, or report inaccurately — the Service is not a guarantee of any monitored site's uptime, security, or performance, and should not be your only safeguard for anything business-critical.

7. Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Paull Studio is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from use of, or inability to use, the Service — including losses relating to a monitored site's downtime, a security incident on a monitored site, or missed or delayed notifications.

8. Termination

You may stop using the Service at any time. We may suspend or disable an account that violates these Terms, including the acceptable-use section above.

9. Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the Service after a change means you accept the updated Terms.
